Recently moved to this side of town and was craving some Viet food and found that this was the closest one in my area. Ordered a shrimp vermicelli bowl and shrimp spring rolls, both came out to a total of approximately $23, which is quite typical nowadays...sadly. With the amount paid, I would say the portion for the vermicelli bowl was pretty good considering that the shrimp was very tasty (and they didn't skimp on it!) and they loaded the bowl with veggies (which I personally prefer as it adds a variety of textures). I cannot necessarily say the same for the spring roll as it was quite thin and small considering it being $7-8 for 2 pieces. I would recommend sizing it up (if they want to keep the count) or add a roll. I ordered the items for take out so I cannot say much about the service but the staff who assisted me were quick and kind. The restaurant looked clean as well so I would definitely come by again to try their dine-in service.

My two friends and I decided to stop by because we were craving something hot during this summer heat (I know, a bit insane BUT nothing more refreshing than hot broth on this hot day). We came in expecting there to be a wait time, but were seated immediately. The server greeted us and offered us water right away to cool off. There were a couple of booths and tables spread out, so no one was in anybody's way. I got the bun bo hue large size and they weren't shy with how much meat you'd get in your bowl. I'll definitely be back, I'm dying to try the wonton soup next.

I live close by so this is my go-to pho place whenever I have the craving! I always get the chicken pho, pho dac biet, but mostly their bun bo hue. Their avocado smoothie and passionfruit soda is super refreshing and yummy!! Service is also fast and friendly. The interior is just like any other pho place but I appreciate that it's not super crowded and there's space to choose a table to your liking.

Authentic Pho beef broth and Vietnamese Lotus seafood (shrimp) salad. Staff are friendly and the place is very clean. They give you a little too much noodles in my opinion and not enough broth but I'm likely the only who thinks the broth is supposed to be the best part. Taro salad was crispy and had great flavor with the fish sauce dressing but not enough shrimp. It's large enough to be shared by 2 people though. They also do good BBQ Pork Banh Mi though it's more expensive here than going to a Duc Huong but considering the gas you burn to drive to a Duc Huong, Pho Basil is a convenient go-to.
